Our Seasonal Hot Bar features local, organic ingredients, prepared healthfully by our chefs and displayed for your selection. An entree consists of a Base, Protein, and 1, 2 or 3 Farm-Sides/Composed Salads for $11.00, $13.50 or $16.00. Add a Garnish for no additional cost. All items can also be served a la carte. Feel free to dine in, or take-away!

Fall Menu:

Bases: Brown Rice; Root Vegetable Mash; Sauteed Cabbage; Organic Cornbread

Protein: Pasture-raised Autumn Chicken; Grass-fed Beef Stew; Wild-caught Rosemary Crusted Rockfish (+ $2); Black-eyed Peas (vegan)

Farm Sides: Cauliflower in Pumpkin Sauce; Organic Stewed Collard Greens; Sage Roasted Sweets & Butternuts; Maple Brussels Sprouts

Composed Salads: Kale "Caesar" Salad; Chai Roasted Apples; Wild-caught Shrimp Cocktail; Wild-caught Tuna & Sesame Avocado (+ $1); Pineapple-Avocado-Lime

Soup: Carrot Ginger (vegan)
