Our Seasonal Hot Bar features local, organic ingredients, prepared healthfully by our chefs and displayed for your selection. An entree consists of a Base, Protein, and 1, 2 or 3 Farm-Sides/Composed Salads for $11.00, $13.50 or $16.00. All items can also be served a la carte.           Feel free to dine in, or take-away!

Summer Menu:

Bases: Brown Rice; Chipotle Roasted Sweet Potato Half; Organic Farm Slaw, Sauteed Cabbage

Protein: Pasture-raised Herbed Chicken; Grass-fed Chipotle Chili; Wild-caught Pesto Shrimp; Jalopeno Black Beans (vegan)

Farm Sides: Sherry Roasted Local Okra; Stewed Summer Squash; Sweet Corn Quinoa; Roasted Farm Beets; Chipotle Honey Carrots; Lemon Broccoli
